Norwegian Arctic Cod (Gadus morhua)
Our cod belongs to the Norwegian Arctic stock in the Barents Sea, arguably the world's most sustainable stock of cod. We supply fresh cod to quality-conscious customers all year round. However the main season is from January to May, when we offer Skrei (mature spawning cod) of supreme quality. Cod is one of the best food fishes on the market, it can be fried, poached and used in any number of dishes. Lean Fish also offer high-quality dried cod (stockfish).
