Finnmark’s no 1 producer of high quality stockfish

Lean Fish AS operates a fish plant in Norway's northernmost province of Finnmark, mainly producing stockfish of prima quality. Our plant is ideally placed in close proximity to the rich fishing grounds of western Finnmark, with a local fleet of small inshore vessels. Our aim is to provide stockfish of the highest quality through careful handling and selection of fish from the fishing vessels to drying racks and all the way to our customers.
