Saithe (Pollachius virens)
We have some of Norway's best fishing grounds for Saithe in our very close proximity. Saithe lives both as a pelagic and a bottom fish, at depths from 0-1000 feet and are mainly caught using gill nets. Saithe is a versatile food fish and is available all year round.
