Kårhamn
Kårhamn is a small fishing village situated on the island Seiland, more than 10 degrees above the Arctic Circle. The close proximity to the great fishing grounds of western Finnmark, as well as the short distance to the nearest town Hammerfest for transportation to the market, provides our customers with top quality fish. The village Kårhamn has 50 inhabitants.

Kårhamn is a lively fishing village where most of the activity is generated in connection with the fish plant. Except for the people directly employed by Lean Fish AS there are 9 fishermen, 2 teachers and a shop with 2 employees. The people of Kårhamn enjoy social gatherings at the village youth house, where all occasions are duly celebrated.
